Yuuki is a Co-founder of the Weaving Nest Program and a second-year student at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Born and raised in a rural village in Fukuoka, Japan, she moved to Buffalo, NY, becoming the first college graduate in her family. She worked as a Public Accountant at the world headquarters of PwC in New York City, as well as in Portland, OR, in a similar role with Deloitte. During her time at Deloitte, Yuuki also founded her first company, Excel House, LLC, to support low-income immigrants and international students by providing fully furnished housing and career counseling services—an endeavor inspired by her own experience of being unsheltered. In 2020, Yuuki relocated to Tokyo, Japan, to work as an Organizational Development Consultant, focusing on Human Resources and social capital. Yuuki is currently attending at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ.

Tanvi is a Co-founder of the Weaving Nest Program and an MBA/MGM candidate at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in business consulting, strategy, and global health. Originally from India, she brings experience in healthcare and biotech, having worked as an Assistant Manager at DAVA Oncology and as a Business Development Intern at an AI Health Tech company. In these roles, she supported clinical trials, strategic partnerships, and operational planning. Tanvi is deeply committed to fostering inclusive communities and has contributed to grassroots and global efforts that bridge health innovation with social impact. With a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin, she combines her analytical background with cross-sectoral business acumen. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant for a competitive strategy course at Thunderbird, Tanvi continues to champion collaborative approaches to building resilient, interconnected communities.
Community Supporter
Tate Mulligan grew up in McKinney, Texas, and graduated from Rhodes College as a Bonner Scholar with a degree in International Studies and History, minoring in Spanish. After college, she lived in Belize City with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where her passion for service and social impact deepened. Tate later founded her business, Tate Mulligan & Co., to help organizations enhance their marketing and business strategies. Her professional experiences have fostered a deep desire to create valuable relationships and produce innovative ideas that can strategically change the world. With a mind hardwired to learn and a passion for building long-standing connections, Tate thrives in inclusive, forward-thinking spaces. Currently, Tate is pursuing her studies at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona.

Over ten years of customer service, sales, professional support, program coordination, management, and translation with special multitasking expertise in teamwork management, prioritization, completion of assignments, organization of creative and motivated solutions, and highly proficient in marketing and branding. Energetic, results-oriented, with analytical problem-solving skills. Proficient in Public Relations, Political Outreach, and Community Engagement. Ability to effectively listen and communicate to work with professionals at all levels. Ability to quickly determine a client's and staff needs allowing them to discover, translate and deliver strategic offerings and services that exceed expectations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken skills.
